He served for over 23 years as a U.S. Marine Corp “Mustang” – served both as an enlisted and commissioned officer of Marines, as well as in aviation, logistics, light armored reconnaissance, combat development, training & education, and acquisition commands during his military career prior to retirement in 2010.

She has experience in developing and deploying products and services while achieving maximum customer satisfaction; cross-functional expertise in business analysis and process improvement, configuration and change management, customer relationship management, requirements management, program and project management, cost monitoring and control, risk management, supplier management, and technical writing. 

Cindy is a highly accomplished & results-driven leader with 25+ years with managing cradle-to-grave government & commercial contracts & business experience with domestic & international small businesses, large corporations & non-profits.  She has a diverse background with extensive experience in contracts management policies (including FAR, DFARS, agency regulations, CFR, classified security requirements, intellectual property & data rights), proposal management, pricing management, sales operations (customer, partner & channel), program & project management (including PMO), business operations, customer service, logistics, supply chain management, administration, IT, & business systems. 

Tray is an information technology and cybersecurity leader with over 30 years of experience and a track record of performance excellence in project management, systems analysis, complex problem solving, and technical team management. His extensive expertise coupled with numerous technical courses ensures precision management of personnel during the identification and resolution of problems with maximum benefit to client services. Tray has in-depth proficiency in management structures, organizational operations, talent management and industry best practices.

Susan supports business development activities and leads the Capture and Proposal Management functions. Working closely with the President and CEO, Susan is charged with expanding the Civilian pipeline to capture future opportunities for growth that are in alignment with eTRANSERVICES’ core competencies. She has over 20 years of experience and a strong record of success in the pursuit of strategic procurements across the Federal sector, which includes contracts such as NASA SEWP, CIO-CS, GSA STARS III, and FAA AADS AAP.

At eTRANSERVICES, Kenneth provides the UDPaaS no code, low code capable automation framework. In the past, he was the CEO of Noblestar Systems, Inc., and founder of The Innovation Network (IN). With over 25 years of leadership experience, he has been delivering expertise in program management, process improvement, assessments, audits, IT strategy, and software implementations.
